Ingredients
- 300 g whole wheat flour
- 2 large egg whites
- 100 g water (or unsalted chicken broth)
- 10 g coconut oil (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Add 300 g whole wheat flour to the Thermomix bowl. Mix 5 sec / Speed 5 to aerate.
- Add 2 large egg whites, 100 g water (or unsalted chicken broth), and 10 g melted coconut oil to the bowl.
- Select the kneading function: Knead 2 min / Dough mode. The dough should form a firm ball.
- Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on a lightly floured surface. Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm (1/4 inch) thickness.
- Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut the dough into desired biscuit shapes. Place the cut biscuits on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and firm. Baking time may vary depending on biscuit size and thickness.
- Remove from the oven and let the biscuits cool completely on a wire rack before serving to your dog. They will harden as they cool.
