  1. Place chicken pieces in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornflour. Mix well and set aside to marinate while preparing other ingredients.
  2. Add ginger and garlic to the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec / Speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
  3. Add onion to the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec / Speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl.
  4. Add cooking oil to the mixing bowl. Sauté 5 min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  5. Add the marinated chicken to the mixing bowl. Cook 5 min / 120°C / Reverse / Speed 1.
  6. Add carrots and bell pepper to the mixing bowl. Cook 5 min / 120°C / Reverse / Speed 1.
  7. Add chicken stock, 50 ml soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to the mixing bowl. Place simmering basket on top of the lid instead of the measuring cup to prevent splattering and allow steam to escape. Cook 8 min / 100°C / Reverse / Speed 1.
  8. Add broccoli florets, sliced mushrooms, and cabbage to the mixing bowl. Cook 3 min / 100°C / Reverse / Speed 1.
  9. Add bean sprouts and the cornflour slurry (1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp cold water) to the mixing bowl. Cook 2 min / 90°C / Reverse / Speed 2.
  10. Stir in sesame oil. Check seasoning and adjust if necessary. Serve immediately with cooked rice or noodles.
